Refunds & Exchanges

At Apple Queen Active, our goal is for you to feel confident and comfortable in your activewear. We know shopping online can feel tricky — so we’ve kept our returns and exchanges policy simple and supportive.

 

What you can expect from us

  • We’ll always stand behind our products. If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right.
  • We’ll process your return or exchange quickly once we receive your item back in original condition.
  • We’ll be clear and upfront with you about the steps, so there are no surprises.

 

What we ask from you

  • Lodge your return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and free from makeup, perfume, or pet hair.
  • Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty (in line with Australian consumer law).

 

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem — simply lodge your request through our Returns & Exchanges Portal and we’ll guide you through the steps.

  • Exchanges and store credit are free from handling fees.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense (except in the case of faulty or incorrect items).

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are only available on full-price items.
  • A flat $10 handling fee is deducted from all refunds.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense (except in the case of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items).
  • If your item is faulty or we send the wrong size, style, or colour, we’ll cover all costs — no fee, no shipping.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method once your return has been received. (Please allow a few business days for banks to clear the funds.)

 

👉 Example: If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange, store credit, or refund on full-price items. Refunds have a small handling fee, and return shipping is at the customer’s cost (except in the case of faulty or incorrect items).

 

How it works (step-by-step)

  1. Lodge your request via our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
  2. Prepare your item — re-pack it in its original packaging with tags attached.
  3. Send it back at your own expense, using your preferred postal service.
  4. We’ll process it — once received, we’ll confirm your exchange, issue your store credit, or approve your refund.
