If you're unsure of your size, size up. Our fabric is slightly compressive for that held-in feel — you should feel held, not squeezed.

• Between sizes? Size up
• Waist and hips in different sizes? Go with your waist
• Want more comfort, or postpartum? Size up

All garments are measured flat. For best accuracy, compare with a pair you already own and love the fit of.

• 7/8 leggings = same fit, just a shorter length
• Shorts = same sizing as leggings
• Extended sizes (4XL–5XL) have generous stretch
